This years Goan Festival will be held on Sunday 27th July 2014 at Cranford Community College, High Street Cranford, Middlesex, TW5 9PD.

Trains/Tube The nearest tube station is Hounslow West, 1.6 miles away on the Piccadilly line. The nearest train station is Southall which is 2.22 miles away. There is also Hayes and Harlington train station nearby, which is 2.22 miles away. The G.O.A. will operate a free shuttle service from Hounslow West (Piccadilly Line) from 10 am onwards. Please co-operate with the drivers and queue up in an orderly manner at the station. We look forward to your co-operation to operate this Free Shuttle service smoothly.

By Car The school is just off junction 4 of the M4. The A4, A30 and A312 are the main roads near the school – they are easily accessible to all. For those using the SAT NAV – The postcode is TW59PD , 161 High Street which directs you to the main entrance of the grounds. The speed limit on the grounds is 10 mph. Please follow the instructions of the stewards towards the car park and watch out for pedestrians especially children.

On Site Parking
1. There is ample parking for cars and coaches. Cars will be parked on the grounds (entry through the gate is on the left-hand side of the college). The cost of parking will be £5 / car (Please tender exact amount for car + passengers @ £5 each). Parking will be at the owner’s own risk. Coaches will drop their passsengers on entry into the college and stewards will guide them for parking. There will be no charge for parking of coaches and vehicles displaying the “disabled badge“.Please follow the instructions of the stewards.

Entry Tickets
2. Entrance to the Festival is by ticket only at a cost of £5 per person to include a raffle ticket. Children under 16 – free. Proof of age may be required. PLEASE BRING EXACT MONEY – this speeds up the process at the gate. If you are leaving the Festival site and intend to return, please ensure that you take a “WRIST BAND“ from security before you leave.

3. NO FOOD (other than for medical purposes) and drinks (other than water) will be allowed to be brought to the Festival. THERE WILL BE SECURITY CHECKS AND FOOD & DRINK WILL BE CONFISCATED AT THE ENTRANCE GATE.

Car Park Pass @ £5.00 per Vehicle.

There will be reserved parking available for the disabled.

1100hrs - 1230hrsOpen Air MassOn Stage


This year due to the huge demand we will be organising an open air Mass on the main stage.There will be seating available in the Marquee opposite the stage.

Please arrive on time so that we could begin the Service at 11 a.m.

Please maintain SILENCE while the Mass is in progress.

Stall holders will only be allowed to open up for trade after Mass.
